Dr. Fran Williams, President of SI Victor Valley. Dr. Fran is a retired College and University professor of psychology and Human Development. She will be addressing diversity & inclusion in society. The recent Supreme Court decision on affirmative action has raised new questions about race in our society. How does race affect our lives? To what extent are we race-neutral? To what extent does race impact health, education and housing?
